Refund & Remedies

This page is a plain-English summary of the refunds and remedies section in the Purchase Terms. The Purchase Terms remain the principal agreement.

Digital-product purchases

Closeout Cue is a downloadable digital product. Change-of-mind refunds are generally not offered after access to the files has been supplied. This does not exclude, restrict or modify any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Problems with delivery or files

If delivery fails, files are inaccessible or corrupt, a duplicate payment occurs, or the product is materially different from its description, contact support@closeoutcue.com.au. The issue will be investigated and, depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the remedy may include restored access, replacement or corrected files, a partial or full refund, or another remedy required by law.

Product, order, access, file and remedy support is available at support@closeoutcue.com.au. Implementation consulting, business advice and custom workflow design are not included.
