Privacy Notice
This Privacy Notice explains how personal information is handled across the Closeout Cue website, purchasing and digital delivery, and customer support.
1. Who this notice covers
Closeout Cue is a Recovery Systems Library product. Privacy enquiries can be sent to support@closeoutcue.com.au. Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record and handles checkout, payment, receipts, applicable taxes, digital delivery and order-access information under its own privacy terms.
2. Sales site
The sales site does not contain an enquiry form, create a Closeout Cue customer account, or collect payment details. The hosting provider may process ordinary security and delivery logs such as IP address, device/browser information, request time and requested page. Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel measure page visits, product views and checkout-button use. These tools may process page URL, event details, IP address, browser/device information and advertising identifiers. The site does not send form inputs, names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment details to these measurement tools, and no email-capture automation is enabled.
3. Checkout and payment
Lemon Squeezy collects the information needed to process and evidence an order, such as customer name, email, billing country or address, business or tax details supplied by the customer, order details, currency, tax and payment status. Its payment providers process card or other payment credentials. Closeout Cue does not receive or store full card numbers.
4. Digital delivery and repeat access
Lemon Squeezy stores the order, receipt, product entitlement, available files and access information needed to deliver the ZIP, resend a receipt and provide order access. Delivery and security logs may record downloads or access attempts.
5. Support
Email sent to support@closeoutcue.com.au may include the customer's email address, order reference and the content of the support request. Customers should not send card numbers, passwords or unrelated sensitive information. Product, order, access, file and remedy support is available through that address. Implementation consulting, business advice and custom workflow design are not included.
6. Why information is used
Website log information is used to deliver and protect the site. Support information is used to respond to product, order, access, file, remedy and privacy enquiries. Lemon Squeezy uses checkout and order information to process and evidence purchases, calculate and remit applicable transaction taxes, deliver and recover access, prevent fraud, provide receipts and meet its legal obligations.
7. Disclosure and overseas processing
Information may be processed by the site host, email-support provider and professional advisers where reasonably required. Google and Meta process the limited website-measurement information described above. Lemon Squeezy and its payment and fraud providers process checkout and order information, and Lemon Squeezy's native measurement integrations may send checkout-event, product, order-value, currency and transaction-reference information to Google and Meta. These providers may process information outside Australia under their own privacy terms. Specific processing countries are not stated because they have not been verified for this notice.
8. Retention and security
The website itself does not store Closeout Cue customer accounts or card details. Technical logs and support emails are held by the relevant site-hosting and email providers under their own retention and security practices. No fixed support-email retention period is stated because one has not been verified for this notice.
9. Access, correction and complaints
A person may contact support@closeoutcue.com.au to request access or correction, or to make a privacy complaint. The request or complaint will be reviewed against the available website and support records and answered by email. Requests involving Lemon Squeezy records may need to be handled with or directed to Lemon Squeezy. No fixed complaint-response timeframe is stated because one has not been verified for this notice.
10. Analytics and advertising measurement
Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel are used to understand aggregate site use and measure the path from a product page to checkout and purchase. The Meta Pixel may allow Meta to associate site and checkout activity with a Meta account or advertising identifier under Meta's own terms. Closeout Cue does not use advanced matching and does not intentionally send contact details or payment credentials through the Pixel. People can limit Meta's use of activity for advertising through Meta Ad Preferences and browser privacy or tracking-protection controls. Privacy or ad-blocking tools may prevent measurement events from being recorded. This notice will be updated if these practices materially change.
